Component selection and fabrication methods matched to electrical power, EMI/RF and environmental requirements, for pressurized and non-pressurized aircraft, with installation preparation and lay-in instructions.
Avionics Testing
LRU & Avionics Test
Avionics equipment testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting through signal simulation and controlled fault introduction. Breakout-box design to interface the unit under test with the platform and test equipment, plus test software that drives inputs and collects and analyzes output data.

Design & Technical Data
Production and analysis of technical data packages — 2D and 3D engineering drawings and models, integrated vehicle modeling, and ICD development. Technical and operator manuals, theory of operation and troubleshooting guides across MIL-STD-1553, ARINC and RS-232/422/482 systems.
