We design and integrate avionics and airborne systems onto fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft and unmanned systems — carrying them from architecture and wiring through test, integration and technical documentation.

Systems Engineering

Design & Integration

System architecture design and analysis — from interface control documents (ICDs) through system wiring diagrams. Subject-matter expertise in aircraft data communications (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC, RS-422), avionics integration of new and updated equipment, and root-cause troubleshooting. Tech Manual engineering drafting updates and V&V support.

Harness Design

Wiring & Interconnect

Wiring topology design and development — bundles, routings, parts and fabrication engineering. Component selection and fabrication methods matched to electrical power, EMI/RF and environmental requirements, for pressurized and non-pressurized aircraft, with installation preparation and lay-in instructions.

Avionics Testing

LRU & Avionics Test

Avionics equipment testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting through signal simulation and controlled fault introduction. Breakout-box design to interface the unit under test with the platform and test equipment, plus test software that drives inputs and collects and analyzes output data.

CAD & Documentation

Design & Technical Data

Production and analysis of technical data packages — 2D and 3D engineering drawings and models, integrated vehicle modeling, and ICD development. Technical and operator manuals, theory of operation and troubleshooting guides across MIL-STD-1553, ARINC and RS-232/422/482 systems.
